Effective September 12, 2026. These terms apply to any order placed through theporto.com (Ghost Frames by Porto FPV). Placing an order means you agree to them.
We sell hobbyist FPV drone frame components — carbon fiber frames and printed TPU parts — hand-cut and packed to order. The Wraith X Full Kit is the exception: it's cut from a pre-made in-stock batch and limited in quantity, so it can sell out; if an order is accepted after stock actually ran out, we'll contact you and issue a full refund for that item.
Photos, weights, and specs are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but small variations (color, finish, minor dimensional tolerance from hand-cutting) are normal and not a defect.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if pricing displayed incorrectly, we suspect fraud, or we can't get the materials to fulfill it — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars. We do not see or store your card details — that's handled entirely by Stripe.
Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on your address and package weight, and orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees — we're not responsible for carrier delays once a package is handed off.
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). That means any customs duties, import taxes, or fees your country charges on the package are your responsibility and are billed separately by customs or the carrier — they are not included in what you pay us at checkout.
STL and other digital files we provide (TPU parts, accessories) are for your own personal printing and use. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves, or the parts printed from them, isn't permitted without our OK.
These are components for building and flying FPV drones — a hobby with inherent risk. You're responsible for assembling the product correctly, operating it safely, and following the laws and regulations (including FAA rules, where applicable) that govern drone flight in your area. We're not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from assembly or use of the product.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Ghost Frames / Porto FPV name, logo, site content, and frame designs belong to us. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms occasionally; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time they're placed.
