Effective September 12, 2026. This describes what Ghost Frames by Porto FPV (theporto.com) collects when you order or contact us, and how it's used.
Order information. When you check out, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, shipping address, email address, and order details (items, quantities, amount paid) so we can fulfill, ship, and follow up on your order.
Shipping information. We use Shippo to calculate live carrier rates and generate shipping labels. This means the shipping address and package details you provide at checkout are shared with Shippo and, for international orders, included on the customs declaration required to ship the package.
Contact form. If you email us or use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, email address, and message so we can reply.
Cookies and tracking. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts of our own on this site. Stripe's embedded checkout may set its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Only the services that need it to get your order to your door: Stripe (payment processing), Shippo (shipping rates, labels, and required customs declarations for international shipments), and the carrier delivering your package (typically USPS). Each of those companies handles your data under its own privacy policy.
International shipments ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — the shipping address and item/value information you provide is included on the customs declaration as required by law, and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are billed to you by your country's customs authority or carrier, separately from what you pay us.
We keep order records for as long as needed for fulfillment, warranty support, and our own tax/bookkeeping requirements. To ask what information we have on file, or to request a correction or deletion, email theporto.fpv@gmail.com. Some records tied to a completed payment may need to be retained regardless, for legal or tax reasons.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or place an order after a change means you accept the update.
